Color Still Life Drawing
This next drawing is a still life drawing. I mean that we had to chose objects and position them in a way, and then draw it from your point of view. In my case we chose a banana an apple and other objects. Once i drew it we started coloring it. I mixed colors until i got the color that looked close to the color of the object and studied real close the lights reflections among the object. I learned that to start off it’s not good to draw in dark and to keep mixing colors and not just stick with one. Im not done with thid drawing and theres alot to do but so far it’s what i have completed.

Cast Shadows
For my cast shadow project I chose to draw my hand lotion and my body spray. I chose this because first of all we had to choose an object that we alwayz had with us, which was my lotion and body spray. I also chose these objects because it has alot of shadows. As you can see I focused more on the piece of flower on the hand lotion. It had alot of darkness and lightness to it. The body spray thats laying down also has a flower which I also focused on. I think my drawing has alot more to work on but so far this is what i have turned in.

Hi everyone my name is betsy and i like drawing. Im in art class and i like art work that deals with chalk pastels and charcoal. I love to draw anything i see and anything intresting. Im hoping that in my art class i learn how to shade better and make my pictures more realistic . This is me.
